DAILY WORKOUTS

Our workouts blend strength training, high-intensity conditioning and yoga flow. They can be completed anywhere with our innovative fitness tool — the Torpedo. Each day, you’ll be guided through a dynamic warm up, the movements of the day, and a restorative cool down flow. Plus, our coaches will help you modify movements to fit your needs.

SIMPLE MEAL PLANS

Nutrition is the most critical element to your overall health. You can never out train a bad diet. That’s why we put together meal plans for each week of the challenge. You’ll get grocery lists, easy to follow recipes and a community of athletes and coaches to support you every step of the way.

TAKE THE CHALLENGE ANYWHERE WITH THE TORPEDO

The Torpedo is the only piece of equipment needed to complete all of the 365 Challenge workouts. There’s nothing you can’t do with the Torpedo. Blending a barbell, a kettlebell and a dumbbell, and designed exclusively for the Alchemy athlete, the Torpedo allows people of all fitness levels to press, pull, squat, swing, and have fun with unlimited variety.
